Strength Training – Consistency

Strength training with consistency is extremely important. Without it, you get nowhere. Your muscles, along with your mind and spirit love consistency. In fact the human body as a whole works best with it. 

The dedication to training is not for everyone and is why many don’t see or get the results they want. They quit just before they reach their objective. This is not true to the committed, faithful and self-controlled. 

“NOW NO DIFFICULTY SEEMS TO BE JOYFUL FOR THE PRESENT, BUT PAINFUL, NEVER THE LESS, AFTERWARDS IT YIELDS THE PEACEABLE FRUIT OF RIGHTSOUSNESS TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN TRAINED BY IT.”

That does not mean you don’t take breaks or go on important vacations with family and friends, but it does mean that you owe your best to yourself and your life. Becoming physically and mentally fit is apart of a process. Those who are trained by it are blessed, they are equipped for a real world battle that is unseen in the physical rhelm. Today there are more and more people getting consumed by the worlds ways. We are increasingly becoming bombarded by what matters the least.

Bombarded with all the sensual, secularistic and materialistic ideas that the world wants you to believe can be destructive to your life, family and future. 

The knowledge of the truth can be found through strength training and consistency. It is something that happens gradually, but when understood will dramatically alter your life. Anxiety, doubt, fear and being closed off are all dealt with when difficulties are understood as stepping stones to righteousness.
