Strength training is not “just” about looking good, but how you use what is developed in the gym for what you will face in your life.
The battles on the outside are real and if you don’t prepare for them correctly, circumstances and obstacles will control you.
Strength training to be stronger both in spirt and physical strength allows for tremendous opportunities. The understanding of one increases the other. Not only does your confidence increase, but the direction of your life and ability to make correct decisions about where you will go and what you will do.
Some ideas to follow when training for maximum performance and increase:
*Follow the straight and narrow path – In goal setting, the straight and narrow is to completely focus on the task at hand. This is the thing you are working toward without distractions such as:
- Internet Surfing
- POD Cast’s
- Listening to others instead of God
- Your intuition, reason, will, imagination, memory and perception
*We all use social media, but too much can take you away from your purpose and what you are here to do. Balance is key!
*Stay humble and true to yourself – Quick fix scams over promise and under deliver the results you are looking for. The truth is that anything great takes hard work and faith to keep going when things are tough. Some pain will be experienced.
[Christ himself experienced a tremendous suffering for the belief and following that is now known as christianity. That changed the world and is also the reason of so much chaos today. The chaos is coming from the confusion of not following what God ordained as truth.]
Sometimes you have to do whatever it takes without violating the rights of others or the law to get where you need to go. The ride will NOT be prefect. There will be many obstacles, train around them.
The purest will come out of you when everything has been stripped away. The falsehoods of what you thought were important are no longer as meaningful as they once were. With your increase of faith comes truth.
Every human being should realize that you have unlimited potential. It’s not something for the fortunate few. It is something that can be developed and understood through strength training.
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planing nor knowledge nor wisdom.
